We do our best to enforce a fair refund policy . If you are returning a boxed product we will refund you the full amount of your purchase as long as it is still in it's original shrinkwrapped packaging ( subject to our criteria ) . If you want to return a product than please make sure it remains unopened and we remind you that the shipping fees will have to be supported by the customer .

When it comes to download purchases , please note that no refunds can be given . All download sales are final once the product has been downloaded .
