So if , for example , you have 100 credits in your account that means that you can download £100 worth of sounds from our site!

Do My Credits Expire?

No , your credits never expire and any unused credits you have are kept in your account forever!

What Happens To My Credits If I Cancel My Subscription?

Even if you cancel your subscription the credits will always be kept in your account until you are ready to return ( note that to use them in the future you will need to have an active subscription plan - users that do not have an active subscription are not able to use their credits).

PLEASE READ:

To import our presets/soundsets into MASSIVE , follow the below steps:

STEP 1 - Start MASSIVE, then select Massive > Options (OS X) or File > Options (Windows) from the menu bar.

STEP 2 - In the Browser tab click on ADD. A new explorer window will open where you can select the folder on your hard drive
containing your custom sounds. The respective entry will be added to the MASSIVE User Library Directories:

STEP 3 - Click on REBUILD DB followed by OK to rescan the MASSIVE database and close the Options.
Once this is complete the library and its containing presets will become visible in the MASSIVE File Browser.
